The Joke

"Oh had I been wise!" said the fool to the clown.
Looking down first came a tear and then a bitter frown.

Follwed by these words and whimsical smile, the clown looked at the fool, who'd been frowning all the while.

Saying only this the clown turned, giggeling and laughing,
"Being serious all the time is always so taxing."

"Life is a joke no more and no less. He who laughs true and he who laughs
most is the one in the end who has truely lived best!"
"The joke is on you and and it's even on me, to laugh with the rest is
how to truly be free."
